About SolaMatch

SolaMatch is a free browser-based word association solitaire game created by YAco Games. The project reimagines a familiar card layout as a category puzzle: instead of building suits and ranks, players connect words by meaning.

How the Idea Works

Each level combines category foundations, tableau columns, a stock pile, and a move limit. Players identify relationships between words, organize playable cards, and complete every category to advance. The game includes hundreds of levels in 17 languages.

Development and Updates

SolaMatch launched as a web game in 2025 and continues to receive gameplay, language, and accessibility improvements. Important changes are reflected in the site's update dates and published pages.
