Solitaire: Word Associations follows these fundamental rules:
- Each level has multiple categories, each represented by a key card.
- You must match regular cards with their corresponding category.
- Cards can be moved from the waste pile or tableau columns to foundation slots.
- Only cards that match a category can be placed in that category's foundation slot.
Card Movement
- From Waste: The top card in the waste pile can be moved to any tableau column or matching foundation slot.
- Between Columns: You can move cards between tableau columns, but they must match the category of the card they're placed on.
- To Foundation: Cards can be moved to foundation slots only if they match the category.
Category Completion
When you place all required cards in a category's foundation slot, the category is completed and all cards are removed from play. Complete all categories to win the level.
