By accessing and using Solitaire: Word Associations ("the Game"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the Game for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

modify or copy the materials;
use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display;
attempt to reverse engineer any software contained in the Game;
remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Game in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
Interfere with or disrupt the Game or servers connected to the Game.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Game.
Use any automated system to access the Game without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Game and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Solitaire: Word Associations and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Disclaimer

The materials on the Game are provided on an 'as is' basis. Solitaire: Word Associations makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitations

In no event shall Solitaire: Word Associations or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Game.

8. Changes to Terms

Solitaire: Word Associations reserves the right to revise these terms of use at any time without notice. By using the Game, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Use.
